Your role will be critical in coordinating, tracking, and maintaining operational control over international shipments. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **24/7 Shipment Opening:** Manage complete Instruction Letter data, including buy/sell operations. * **Operational Payment Scheduling** and advance release control. * **Document Management:** Input consignment notes; control and upload supplier and carrier invoices into the system. * **AMS Filings** upon shipment departure. * **Delay Monitoring:** Generate reports, coordinate payments, and validate correct invoicing and collections with Finance. * **Administrative Shipment Closure:** Final document upload to SharePoint and full checklist validation in Scope. You will serve as the liaison among Operations, Finance, and Clients—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service.
