Passionate about technology in a dynamic environment **GRUPO SCORPION is seeking a Systems Assistant in Venta De Carpio \- Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At **Grupo Scorpion**, a leading company with over 40 years in the wholesale sector, we are seeking a **Software Support Analyst** to join our IT Sub-Directorate. Your mission will be to ensure optimal operation of the ERP and all applications driving our daily operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **ERP Administration:** Manage and maintain the group's ERP and Point-of-Sale software. * **Specialized Technical Support:** Provide telephone and remote support to branches and internal departments for software issue resolution. * **Data Management:** Administer databases, perform backups, and ensure daily synchronization of branch\-head office data. * **Implementation:** Install and configure BackOffice software and execute interfaces with commercial partners. * **Access Management:** Create and manage user profiles across various applications. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Incomplete Bachelor’s degree or near graduation in Systems or Computer Science. * **Experience:** 1 to 2**years** of experience supporting applications, ERP systems, point-of-sale systems, or similar activities. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in **Databases** and SQL, PC and **Server** operating systems, **Terminal Server**, and remote monitoring tools. * **Availability:** Must be available to travel to various branches. **WE OFFER** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM** * **$13,000 gross salary, paid biweekly** * **Statutory benefits from day one** **If you are passionate about technology and seek an environment where your solutions make a national impact, apply now!** **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Internet *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fe431c5a00002c0016a9cd\&source\=indeed*
