Opportunity for personal development and teamwork. **Job Summary:** Safely operates production machinery and equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements in a direct-supervision manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work immediately and report any hazards that could cause serious injury. Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Promote interdependence by remaining aware of one another. Correct hazards within your control and capability. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize negative impacts. Participate in HSE training. Quality Follow all applicable standard work procedures, process documentation, and quality documentation. Raise issues to minimize quality-related costs and exposures. Perform quality inspections. Identify and control non-conforming materials. Delivery Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to achieve required features and dimensions that meet customer expectations. Achieve production targets. Work within the required cycle time or as defined by engineering standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and perform scheduled operator maintenance and care tasks. Remain flexible and perform other diverse tasks as needed to meet production objectives. Work with colleagues, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment requiring repair. Teamwork Communicate effectively with assigned team members and all support teams. Complete training and personal development per business requirements. Actively participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
