Olímpica We Offer * $12,000 monthly * Bi-weekly salary * Weekly tips * Daily meals * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (with one hour for lunch) * Fixed weekly day off * Short-term growth Requirements * Easy access to the employment area and schedule availability * Desirable experience as a sushi chef in Japanese or related cuisine Responsibilities * Preparation and plating of dishes * Preparing requisitions, reporting incidents or shortages * Preparing preps * General cleaning of the kitchen area Employment Location: Río Juchipila 1034, Col.
