You will play a key role in daily operations, supporting various areas including goods receiving, cashiering, restocking, cleaning, and organizing merchandise. Your work will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintenance of the cold chain, contributing to operational excellence and warm, professional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receiving:** Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received products, ensuring immediate storage of perishables under appropriate temperature conditions. * **Cashiering and Customer Service:** Process payments efficiently and courteously, issue payment receipts, maintain basic cash control, and provide friendly, customer satisfaction–oriented service. * **Restocking and Organization:** Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and clean, ensuring attractive product presentation. * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Assist with general store cleaning and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** Prior experience in similar roles within retail or supermarkets, availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays), and commitment to quality and customer service.
