Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate and train staff, create work schedules, assign tasks in common areas of the condominium, and supervise task completion. Supervision and evaluation of task completion **We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate cleaning staff * Train staff * Develop work routines and schedules to assign cleaning staff to various common areas of the condominium (Gym, Event Halls, Barbecue Areas, Bar, Swimming Pools, Elevators, Parking Lots, Guard Booths, Lobbies, etc.) * Follow up and submit corresponding reports * Inspect and evaluate task completion by staff under supervision * Maintain order of equipment and work sites, reporting any anomalies. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 per month * Statutory benefits Salary: $13,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Cleaning Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
