Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to identify customer needs, provide advisory support, and close sales, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer service and negotiation skills. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify customer needs and offer suitable proposals. * Provide product and brand advisory support to close sales. * Follow up on the sales process until final delivery. * Assist with displays and arrangement of floor and tile materials. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your assigned area while wearing the provided uniform. * Professional interaction and treatment with customers and suppliers. * Order tracking, after-sales support, and assistance across various branch departments. ### **We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $2,000 per week. * **Bi-weekly Commissions:** Additional $3,000 to $6,000. * **Statutory Benefits** (health insurance after training completion, vacation days, year-end bonus). * **Free and continuous training.** * Complimentary uniforms (periodic renewal). * 1.5-hour lunch break. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. ### **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Sundays: Day off.** ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service. * **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, negotiation ability, customer orientation, stress tolerance, positive attitude. * **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.** ### **Key Skills:** * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Negotiation and persuasion * Empathy and positive attitude * Problem solving * Teamwork * Adaptability * Stress tolerance
