Job Summary: Ensure that products, processes, and materials meet quality standards through inspection, sampling, and release at each stage of the process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures product quality and compliance with standards. 2. Participates in root cause analysis and corrective actions. 3. Has the authority to stop processes and hold non-conforming products. Job Description: **Job Objective** Ensure that products, processes, and materials comply with quality standards established by the company and customers through inspection, sampling, recordkeeping, and release at each stage of the production process. **Job Activities and Responsibilities** * Comply with internal work regulations. * Conduct sampling according to the AQL table. * Release finished products in accordance with specifications. * Complete records accurately and on time. * Collect and safeguard quality samples. * Ensure compliance with requirements for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products per specifications. * Release the first piece on the production line. * Participate in root cause analysis to implement corrective actions. * Immediately identify detected non-conforming products. * Track traceability on the shop floor. * Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of process inspection. * Basic PC operation skills. * Measurement methods and instruments (vernier caliper, calibrator, micrometer, etc.). * Accurate recordkeeping. * Basic knowledge of the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Application of the **5S methodology**. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Attention to detail and discipline. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Authority** * Stop processes upon detection of non-conforming products. * Request additional sampling from operators when necessary. * Enforce proper use of PPE by shop-floor personnel. * Hold and identify non-conforming products. * Authorize limited quantity scrap per internal policies.
