Packing Operator Location: **Distrito Federal** Recruiter: **Rocio Ma Del Tovar Ferreira** **Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria:** 1\. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least **1 year** of service 2\. Is **NOT** on an active **Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)** Job Responsibilities 1\. Pack, can, unload into U-racks (structures for storing electrodes), palletize and depalletize electrodes, ensuring quality and specifications established in the Technical Sheet and Production Order. 2\. Clear the area during each product change. 3\. Complete the corresponding records in the Production Order for its control. 4\. Report scrap timely and accurately per the Production Order. 5\. Perform all activities described in the procedure while observing environmental and safety aspects. 6\. Fulfill and attend all training required for my position and/or position promotion. 7\. Support continuous improvement and cost reduction in my area. 8\. Maintain cleanliness in the packing area. 9\. Support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental objectives. 10\. During scheduled plant shutdowns (training), personnel will perform various activities (inventories, cleaning, material sorting, preventive maintenance).
