General Warehouse Assistant

Description

URGENT General Warehouse Assistant Objective: Receive, store, and pick materials; pick delivery notes; prepare conditioning orders; and process material requisitions and vouchers, all in compliance with policies, procedures, good warehousing practices, and safety guidelines—both on-site and during material handling. Responsibilities: \- Carry out the work plan assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Verify picking orders according to established procedures. \- Receive finished products following established procedures. \- Store finished products, packaging materials, bulk goods, and raw materials in warehouse locations in accordance with good warehousing practices. \- Record finished products, packaging materials, bulk goods, and raw materials in the system. \- Support administrative processes. \- Monitor and control external personnel access to the warehouse. \- Assist in unloading and loading transport vehicles, order deliveries, and customer deliveries. \- Pick orders according to billing requirements, conditioning orders, and delivery notes (including item code, batch number, location, expiration date, and product description). \- Physically and system-wise segregate rejected products from freely usable products. \- Operate Stocklin forklift. \- Participate in inventory counts. \- Conduct CAPA investigations for the quality management system. \- Complete a pre-use checklist before operating the forklift. Profile: Education: Completed high school or technical degree (certificate required). Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar warehouse roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industry. Knowledge: Forklift operation, hydraulic pallet jacks, good warehousing practices, product receiving, and inventory management.
