**RAQUETA CLUB IS SEEKING GARDENING STAFF TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:** * Perform maintenance, cleaning, and preservation activities for all gardens, plants, and flowers throughout the Club—both indoors and outdoors—by implementing pre-established and GO-approved programs. * Conduct daily inspections to ensure gardens, plants, flowers, and the external perimeter remain in good condition, and provide appropriate maintenance according to the established and GO-approved gardening schedule. * Remove soil and rearrange plants and flowers in accordance with the maintenance program or instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Assist with lawn, tree, plant, and shrub fumigation and fertilization when required. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary payment (Fridays). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation days, vacation bonus). * Christmas bonus (30 days). * Sunday premium pay. * Cafeteria service (completely free). * Life insurance. * Uniforms. * Grocery vouchers. * Gym access. * Opportunities for professional development and training. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Teamwork orientation. * Responsible, punctual, dynamic, and proactive. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Sunday, with Fridays off.
