Staff training and identification of areas for improvement. **Reputable company seeks** **Cleaning Supervisor** **Responsibilities:** * Develop the weekly activity plan to ensure proper task assignment to subordinates. * Conduct daily physical and visual inspections of assigned areas to monitor task completion. * Record completed activities and relevant daily events in the logbook. * Assign tasks and track progress according to the established work plan. * Properly control and distribute cleaning products, materials, consumables, and equipment. * Conduct regular walkthroughs of the premises to identify opportunities for improvement and address departmental needs. * Train staff on the correct use of equipment. * Manage administrative matters for subordinates: vacations, medical leaves, holidays, attendance, permissions, rest days, and incidents. **Minimum Education:** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role. **Additional Requirements:** * Flexible availability (Monday to Sunday, rotating days off). * Experience managing operational staff. **We Offer:** * Company vehicle * Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,897.90 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
