Job Summary: Clínica Futura is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare and cook food, assemble patient diets, and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and cooking for patients 2. Inventory management of supplies and raw materials 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection in the kitchen area **CLINICA FUTURA** is currently experiencing growth and seeking personnel for one of our work teams. We are currently seeking a "KITCHEN ASSISTANT" with the following qualifications: Requirements: * Education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma * Availability to work rotating shifts * Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in hospital kitchen operations Food preparation and cooking Assembling patient diets Availability to work flexible hours\- Desirable: Completion of the Distintivo H certification course. Responsibilities: * Store supplies and raw materials * Prepare meals for patients * Assemble patient diets on trays * Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of utensils and work areas * Receive weekly supply orders .
