JOB DESCRIPTION WORK LOCATION Levis Guadalajara Outlet Las Plazas Outlet, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco Permanent in-store position. CRITICAL RESULTS Be a strong contributor to the proper administration and operation of all store resources to achieve objectives. * Ensure consistent in-store service levels aligned with brand expectations, reflected in positive Conversion and UPT metrics. * Lead initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty by delivering an appropriate shopping experience, establishing honest and authentic customer connections. * Develop and retain store staff through implementation of established programs; contribute to talent attraction. * Support achievement of performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets—daily, weekly, monthly, and annual. * Support required inventory accuracy and execution of cycle and fiscal inventories. * Support proper management of inventory turnover and asset handling. * Ensure timely and accurate execution of policies and procedures aligned with the region (P\&P). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead all actions, activity scheduling, and strategies aimed at elevating service standards. * Responsible for tracking training and compliance with service-related programs, as well as providing direct supervision and feedback to staff on service delivery—in coordination and mutual agreement with the Store Manager. * Daily analysis with the Store Manager of sales reports, individual and team KPIs, and communication of results to staff; develop individual action plans to improve performance. * Support safeguarding store assets and resources, including financial instrument management. * Timely reporting and execution of financial operations (financial reports, cash deposits, expense control). * Support periodic inventory tasks to maintain appropriate stock levels. * Adhere strictly to established operational and store administration guidelines (P\&P), safety standards, and immediately report any anomalies to enable prompt decision-making. * Communicate with the Store Manager—and, where applicable, the corresponding District Manager—regarding incidents and feedback. * Receive feedback and propose improvements to the Store Manager regarding operational processes, with a focus on service. * Responsible—jointly with the Store Manager—for scheduling based on peak traffic hours and availability of most qualified stylists; provide ongoing training and feedback to assigned staff on company initiatives and product\- Strategic planning of team meetings, fit sessions, etc. * Support and propose high-quality marketing efforts in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines and commercial insight derived from consumer behavior analysis. * Support control and administration of backroom inventory, as well as timing and processes for replenishing the sales floor—optimizing overall operations. FORMAL EDUCATION High school diploma preferred, with certificate and/or undergraduate degree in business administration, tourism, or service-related fields—either incomplete or completed. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years’ experience as Assistant Store Manager and at least 2 years as stylist/sales advisor in textile and accessories retail businesses. Knowledge and Skills: * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet. * Intermediate Excel skills—pivot tables—data analysis. * Basic knowledge of store management, preferably familiarity with commercial metrics. * Handling of financial instruments used in business units, point-of-sale terminals, etc. * Knowledge of fraud prevention, cloned cards, and counterfeit currency. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and control—including cycle and general inventories. * Marketing and visual presentation fundamentals with commercial awareness. * Strong service orientation and full consumer focus. * Leadership to take ownership of outcomes. * Being part of the solution in high-pressure environments. * Flexible availability. WORKING CONDITIONS 80% Sales Floor – 20% Backroom Merchandise handling, climbing up and down stairs. Standing for extended periods. Lifting medium-weight boxes. Ensuring cleaning activities are performed and participating in them.
