Competitive salary (based on experience) **Job Description:** A construction-sector company is seeking a **Unit Price Analyst** with field experience and proficiency in Neodata for budget development and integration. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (graduated or intern). * **Minimum 1 year of field experience** (mandatory). * **Neodata proficiency (mandatory):** * Integration of unit prices * Budget preparation * Cost analysis * Knowledge of: * Construction processes * Blueprint reading * Concept catalogs * Generator numbers * Intermediate Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** * Development and integration of unit prices. * Cost analysis (materials, labor, and machinery). * Development of construction budgets. * Review of quantities and concepts. * Support in tenders. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Growth opportunity * Job stability **Selection Process:** A **practical Neodata test** will be administered to verify competencies.
