Coordination of technical reviews and project progress We seek a Responsible Construction Director for project-based hiring, with a strong track record in industrial developments and industrial warehouse construction. Required Profile: \* Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects and industrial warehouses. \* Demonstrable experience in projects ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 m² or larger. \* Profession: Civil Engineer and/or Structural Engineer. \* Solid knowledge of structural calculations. \* Experience in construction supervision, regulatory compliance, and technical management. \* Availability for project-based employment. Main Responsibilities: Serve as the Responsible Construction Director for the project. Supervise compliance with structural, technical, and regulatory requirements. Validate construction processes and on-site safety. Coordinate technical reviews and project progress tracking. Salary: $1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
