### **Responsibilities**
CRIT is seeking an R&D and Regulatory Technician. The main responsibilities of this department include developing new products, monitoring legislative changes, and preparing all necessary documentation for launching the company's various products on the market.
Key activities:
\- Development of new formulations.
\- Preparation of samples for evaluation of various physicochemical parameters.
\- Conducting stability tests and preparing corresponding reports for various developments.
\- Parameterization of the industrial process for developments.
\- Preparation of required documentation for market release of cosmetic / detergent / biocidal products.
\- Monitoring regulatory changes and analyzing their impact on existing formulations.
\- Other tasks arising from new product development and regulatory updates.
Working hours:
Split shift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (one-hour lunch break)
### **Requirements**
Laboratory experience.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level.
English language skills.
Required education:
Graduates in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy or related fields with English language proficiency.
Desirable:
Knowledge of chemical mixture classification and labeling (CLP), or a Master's degree in Cosmetics; experience in conducting cosmetic product safety assessments, product information dossiers, and other languages.
