The main responsibilities of this department include developing new products, monitoring legislative changes, and preparing all necessary documentation for launching the company's various products on the market. Key activities: \- Development of new formulations. \- Preparation of samples for evaluation of various physicochemical parameters. \- Conducting stability tests and preparing corresponding reports for various developments. \- Parameterization of the industrial process for developments. \- Preparation of required documentation for market release of cosmetic / detergent / biocidal products. \- Monitoring regulatory changes and analyzing their impact on existing formulations. \- Other tasks arising from new product development and regulatory updates. Working hours: Split shift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (one-hour lunch break) ### **Requirements** Laboratory experience. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. English language skills. Required education: Graduates in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy or related fields with English language proficiency. Desirable: Knowledge of chemical mixture classification and labeling (CLP), or a Master's degree in Cosmetics; experience in conducting cosmetic product safety assessments, product information dossiers, and other languages.
