Promote and sell tourism experiences, ensuring an exceptional experience for each customer. Provide relevant destination information, including recommendations for activities and services. Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships to foster future sales. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth and customer satisfaction. Collect guest feedback to improve services and the overall experience. What are we looking for in you? Essential requirements: Advanced conversational English. Experience in sales and customer service. Ensuring all details of the customer experience are well taken care of. Adapting to plan changes and resolving unexpected issues. Ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers. Developing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
