OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and supervise manufacturing, assembly, erection, and installation activities for metal structures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, delivery schedule, and project specifications. WE ARE SEEKING: METAL STRUCTURES WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR SHIFT 1 LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Availability for weekend work (if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Administration, or Supply Chain degree (or related field) * Minimum 3 years of experience in metal structures SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise manufacturing and erection activities for metal structures. Coordinate operational personnel (welders, assemblers, erectors, assistants, etc.). Verify that work is performed according to drawings and technical specifications. Monitor construction or production progress. Supervise welding, cutting, preparation, and assembly processes. Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations. Coordinate necessary materials, tools, and equipment for operations. Validate weld quality and surface finishes. Prepare progress and productivity reports. Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance departments. Supervise execution timelines and delivery compliance. Ensure operational personnel discipline and workplace order.
