Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing professional with experience in end-to-end procurement management, supplier negotiation, and material quality control. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement management and purchase tracking. 2. Supplier negotiation and quality control. 3. Sourcing efficient and reliable suppliers. PURCHASING Requirements: · Industrial Engineering · English (preferred) · Minimum 5 years of experience. · Negotiation skills · Initiative · Leadership · Maintain high standards of honesty and integrity. · Advanced Excel. Description: · Knowledge of steels, motors, bearings, bushings, machined parts, cutting, bending, electrical components (PLC parts, controls) · Handle material, equipment, service, and general item requisitions submitted by departments. · Request and track purchase quotations. · Personally attend to suppliers offering new products, equipment, or services. · Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, and track the entire process until delivery of goods and submission of documentation to accounting. · Conduct direct purchases with certain suppliers when necessary. · Supervise material inflows and outflows at the workshop, and be responsible for safeguarding departmental information. · Identify and maintain relationships with efficient, reliable, and long-term suppliers. · Control product and/or material quality. · Manage purchasing documents (purchase orders, payments, invoice requests) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
