At VENTO MOTORCYCLES, a leading company in motorcycle distribution and assembly, we are seeking a MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTION MANAGER with strategic focus and analytical vision to join our team. OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and supervise manufacturing, assembly, erection, and installation activities for metal structures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, delivery schedules, and project specifications. WE ARE SEEKING: METAL STRUCTURES WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR SHIFT 2 LOCATION: * San Nicolás Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE: * Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability for weekends if required REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in metal structures SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: * Supervise manufacturing and erection work for metal structures. * Coordinate operational personnel (welders, assemblers, erectors, assistants, etc.). * Verify that work is performed in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor project progress or production status. * Supervise welding, cutting, preparation, and assembly processes. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for operations. * Validate weld quality and surface finishes. * Prepare progress and productivity reports. * Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance departments. * Supervise execution timelines and delivery compliance. * Maintain order and discipline among operational personnel.
