Job Objective Execute, supervise, manage, and ensure timely handling of corrective and major maintenance matters across Business Units. Main Responsibilities Supervises, organizes, coordinates, and controls facility and equipment maintenance tasks and activities.\* Identifies improvements and/or equipment replacements for facilities.\* Conducts site visits to all business units to assess facility conditions and identify deviations from Group standards.\* Reviews work order generators to ensure quantities and descriptions are properly justified.\* Ensures timely resolution of reports submitted by business units within SLA timeframes. Candidate Profile Knowledge of Civil Engineering.\* Experience as a Maintenance Technician.\* Knowledge of Real Estate Asset Management. Software proficiency: Office 365, SAP, Remedy.
