We are seeking a **Hydraulic Construction Supervisor** responsible for supervising, controlling, and monitoring construction works executed by contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards for quality, safety, scope, and scheduled timelines.
### **What will you do?**
* Supervise on-site execution of hydraulic construction works carried out by contractors.
* Verify compliance with technical specifications, work quality, and scheduled progress.
* Review and validate cost estimates, work generators, and technical construction documentation.
* Monitor adherence to execution schedules and delivery deadlines.
* Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to ensure proper execution of works.
* Coordinate with contractors to address deviations, fulfill commitments, and close pending items.
* Prepare physical and documentary progress reports for construction works.
* Verify compliance with safety regulations and established procedures.
### **Requirements**
* Civil Engineering or related degree (licensed graduate).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic construction supervision.
* Experience in contractor control and infrastructure project monitoring.
* Knowledge of reviewing cost estimates and work generators.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
* Availability for fieldwork.
