Prepare, control, and monitor the company's construction costs and budgets, ensuring that physical progress is accurately reflected in estimates and billing generators to enable timely and full payment for completed work. Activities: \- Preparation of budgets and billing generators. \- Collection estimation. \- Document control. \- Financial tracking. Requirements: Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Desired training: Estimating, Budgeting, Unit Costs, Construction Supervision. Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction estimating, budgeting, and financial control. Skills: Leadership and assertiveness, analytical and negotiation abilities, numerical accuracy, planning and organization, responsibility and ethics. Technical Knowledge: Budgeting software (Neodata, Opus), Advanced Excel, Blueprint reading. Work Location: On-site employment
