As an organization, we are united by trust and passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What a typical day looks like.** Act as the intermediary between AON’s Commercial Area and the Insurance Sector, securing the best proposals for our end clients and serving as a guide and advisor to our commercial areas. * Be responsible for the New Business and Additional New Business teams regarding the proper placement and negotiation of auto fleets.* * Receive, review, and cleanse information submitted by the Commercial and Client-Facing teams for quotation—reviewing, assigning, and logging quotation reference numbers. * Submit quotations to the assigned insurance market, selecting—where necessary—the insurer best suited to the client’s risk profile. * Conduct robust technical analyses to enable faster, more informed decision-making for the Client-Facing and Commercial teams, based on detailed analysis and review of proposals received from insurers. * Act as intermediary with insurance companies to secure optimal coverage, terms, and pricing for both the Client-Facing and Commercial teams—and ultimately for the end client. * As an Auto insurance expert, provide training and advisory support to the Client-Facing and Commercial teams on topics including coverage, insured amounts, special conditions, etc. * Support Commercial teams during presentations with key clients, providing technical expertise for strategic accounts across the organization. * Track quoted fleets (won/lost business, reasons, etc). **Skills and experience that drive success.** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Technology tools: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience: Minimum 5 years in auto underwriting OR 5 years working at a brokerage or insurance agency negotiating and placing auto insurance business.
