Cost and Budget Coordinator

A construction-sector company is seeking a Cost and Budget Leader to lead the financial planning, analysis, and control of construction projects, ensuring competitive budgets, cost control during execution, and project profitability. This position will be pivotal in structuring and consolidating the cost department, participating in budget preparation, unit price analysis, financial control of construction work, and providing strategic support for decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Prepare executive and bidding budgets with unit price analysis. * Prepare economic proposals for public and private tenders. * Generate work volume estimates and project-specific cost analyses. * Monitor actual versus budgeted costs during execution. * Manage off-catalog pricing, cost adjustments, and inflation impacts. * Update construction price and cost databases. * Prepare cost, margin, and profitability reports for construction projects. * Coordinate with field operations, procurement, and accounting to ensure financial control. * Participate in site visits and estimation follow-ups. Requirements * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * 3\+ years of experience in construction cost and budget management. * Experience in public and private tendering processes. * Proficiency in Neodata Unit Prices and Neodata ERP. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of construction processes and financial control of construction projects.
