Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with expertise in coordination, supervision, and project management, ensuring adherence to blueprints, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of construction personnel to ensure project progress. 2. Incident resolution and verification of material and process quality. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimization of work areas. Position Required: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: * Interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate and supervise construction personnel, ensuring progress complies with the established schedule. * Identify, address, and resolve incidents occurring during construction activities. * Verify that construction materials and processes meet required quality standards. * Review cost estimates and construction progress reports. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations and protocols. * Organize daily activities, coordinate work schedules, and optimize work areas. * Maintain effective communication with the project team, subcontractors, management, and other stakeholders. Requirements: * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Willingness and ability to travel independently between different job sites. * Proven experience in construction supervision. Salary: Up to $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
