The **Field Service Technician** is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, installation, uninstallation, repair, technical bulletins, or enhancement of Advanced Sterilization Products-branded equipment within designated areas and boundaries. Responsible for maintaining all equipment and systems to meet defined product performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Under limited supervision and in compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations and ASP policies, procedures, and guidelines, this position: * Performs preventive maintenance, installation, uninstallation, repair, technical bulletins, or enhancement of Advanced Sterilization Products-branded equipment within designated areas and boundaries. Responsible for maintaining all equipment and systems to meet defined product performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Identifies root cause(s) using comprehensive diagnostic processes and implements appropriate corrective actions adhering to the defined service process. * Maintains all records associated with their role per regulatory requirements. This includes following service support procedures. * Responsible for maintaining, diligently and accurately managing all assigned company assets, which may include, but are not limited to: tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer, and accessories. * Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management. **Education:** * Professional degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Operations / Business, or a related field. **Years of Related Experience:** Preferred: 1 year of experience in technical service, supply chain / customer service, and/or sales. **Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations:** (Include any computer skills, regulatory knowledge, certification, license, language ability, behavioral and cognitive capabilities, etc.) * Analysis and interpretation * Building effective relationships * Communication and presentation skills * Independence * Teamwork * Results- and performance-driven mindset * Sense of urgency * Follow-up and control * English proficiency **Travel: 75% Domestic** All employees are required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, ASP policies, and procedures.
