Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with field experience and AutoCAD proficiency to supervise landslide stabilization and civil works projects, combining fieldwork and technical office tasks. We seek a Civil Engineer with field experience and mandatory AutoCAD proficiency to participate in landslide stabilization and associated civil works projects. The position combines field and technical office activities, including supervision, construction control, surveys, and preparation of drawings and 3D models. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of civil works in the field. * Review of layout lines, levels, and centerlines. * Material quantity take-offs. * Support in topographic surveys. * Preparation, modification, and updating of AutoCAD drawings. * Development of **3D views and models**. * Interpretation of topographic and civil works drawings. * Preparation of reports, generators, and photographic evidence. * Coordination with work crews and contractors. * Review of executed volumes. * Availability for temporary assignments outside the home region during project duration. **Requirements** * Knowledge of civil works and earthworks, geotechnics, construction procedures, and topography (preferred). * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (degree holder). * Minimum 2–3 years of field experience (preferred). * Good physical condition for frequent site visits. * Availability to work on-site under field conditions (weather, terrain, extended hours). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and modeling. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Valid driver’s license (standard vehicle). * Availability for fieldwork and assignments outside the state. **Competencies** * Organization and construction control * Field leadership * Responsibility and commitment * Technical analysis capability * Working under pressure * Effective communication **We Offer** * Bonuses * Statutory benefits * Per diems for out-of-town assignments * Professional development on-site * Job stability Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $16,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
