Job stability. **Job Description:** At Freyssinet de México, we seek technical talent interested in developing innovative construction procedures. This position is ideal for engineers with a detail-oriented, analytical, and technically representational focus who wish to join high-level projects in the specialized construction sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Draft written construction procedures based on information provided by site engineers. * Develop drawings, sketches, and technical illustrations in AutoCAD to support construction procedures. * Generate three-dimensional models (where applicable) to represent construction phases and validate spatial feasibility. * Identify physical interferences and constraints through graphical representation and modeling. * Collaborate in basic structural feasibility reviews using calculation tools and specialized software (SAP2000 or similar). * Compile complete technical documentation (procedures, drawings, and presentations) for internal use. * Prepare technical presentations for review and validation of procedures. * Support site engineers in continuous improvement of construction processes. * Maintain order and control over generated technical information. * Ensure adherence to established delivery timelines. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or related field (degree holder or intern). * Prior experience (preferred) in developing construction procedures or technical drawing. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of 3D modeling. * Revit/BIM (preferred). * Python and/or vibe coding (preferred). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 or similar (mandatory). * Ability to interpret construction drawings and processes. * Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel to our plant located in Santiago Tianguistenco. **We Offer:** * Integration into high-impact projects in the construction sector. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Competitive salary and allowances.
