We are looking for a **BIM Designer** to join our team of highly skilled professionals. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models for construction projects, ensuring that all design and construction phases proceed effectively and seamlessly. ### **Responsibilities** * **Develop and maintain accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models**: The candidate will be responsible for creating digital representations of structures and systems to enhance the quality and efficiency of our projects. This includes integrating multiple disciplines to ensure consistency among architects, engineers, and contractors. * **Load parameters and develop modeling families**: The BIM Designer is expected to be proficient in creating and manipulating families within the BIM environment, enabling customization tailored to the specific requirements of each project. * **Multidisciplinary collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the models meet required standards and remain constructible. * **Project reviews**: Conduct regular model reviews to identify errors or inconsistencies, proposing solutions that optimize project execution. * **Implementation of new technologies**: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BIM field, and continuously implement improvements to current modeling and coordination processes.
