Position Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and organized individual to manage expenses, budgets, and generate construction quantities, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Role suited for a disciplined, organized, and highly responsible individual \- Basic knowledge of construction quantity takeoff \- Expense control and construction cost estimation \- Budget control \- Blueprint reading and interpretation \- Familiarity with construction processes \- Experience not mandatory \- Disciplined, organized, and highly responsible \- Immediate availability to work weekday mornings (9 AM to 2 PM), Monday through Saturday Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $11,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
