With over 20 years in the market, our company stands out for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry. **Job requirements** * Engineering or Bachelor's degree * Prior experience in customer service and technical sales within the laboratory testing sector, specifically for compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), Mexican Standards (NMX), and International Standards * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team * Basic to intermediate English proficiency **Job responsibilities** * Manage existing client accounts and develop new business opportunities. * Identify growth and expansion opportunities within each account. * Track sales activities, negotiations, and commercial agreement closures. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. * Participate in promotional events and commercial activities within the target market to position and offer laboratory services. * Respond promptly and professionally to calls, appointments, and requests from current clients and prospects. * Maintain periodic communication with current and potential clients to strengthen business relationships. **Compensation and additional benefits** * Monthly salary: $15,000 * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding those offered to regular staff * Work location: Vallejo neighborhood, Azcapotzalco borough **If you have experience in this sector, apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly** *We promote diversity and inclusion by seeking trained and qualified talent that enjoys equal rights and opportunities.
