We are designing supply chains that transform today’s logistics and anticipate the future. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date customer product information in the SAP system, aligned with shipment loads and receipts for the account. * Generate weekly inventory reports from the SAP system for physical material validation, either for replenishment or picking. + Generate shipping labels (label printing) for internal transfer or delivery to the end customer. + Track orders and communicate any deviations or shipment discrepancies. + Prepare arrival reports for client review. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations within distribution centers. * Knowledge of administrative operational processes: shipment tracking and recording of receipts and dispatches. * Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts). * SAP proficiency is mandatory. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates joining our team.
