You will report directly to the Network/VOIP Manager. What will you do daily? (Key Responsibilities): Configuration and Maintenance: Assist in the installation and configuration of VOIP dialing systems such as Vicidial, elastic, and isabel. Manage trunk configurations (IP, E1\) and channels (inbound/outbound). Configure call routing, IVRs, dial plans, and softphone terminals. Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and profiles on dialing servers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers. Monitoring and Support: Actively monitor call quality, local telephony network, and provider SLAs. Provide immediate solutions to call-related issues. Monitor telephony security. Analysis and Reporting: Generate telephony usage reports (CDR) and telephony performance reports. Propose improvements to optimize and streamline departmental processes.
