We are currently seeking the following position: **Administrative Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * Receive and enter purchase orders into the company’s system. * Assign transportation based on loading location and delivery timeline. * Schedule daily shipments for each warehouse. * Track shipments and unloading activities. * Receive and track digital shipping and unloading documents for archiving. * Receive sales invoices for archiving once delivery documents have been attached, for accounting and legal control. * Register customer invoices in their respective portals to generate accounts receivable. * Receive and print transportation and product supplier invoices, and manage digital archiving (XML for accounting). * Validate invoices eligible for payment to prevent duplication, and request and track cancellations. **Requirements:** * Intern in Administration or a business/economics-related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics or Accounting. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic English. * Must work in the Polanco area
