Job Description and Responsibilities **MARKETING COORDINATOR** Our coordinator is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing plans focused on driving growth for the categories under their responsibility. Collaborates closely with commercial operations to ensure strategies positively impact portfolio profitability. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Design brand strategies and assess their health using tools such as BiCube, Nielsen, and BEACH. * Analyze brand indicators: market share, volume, coverage, consumption frequency, contribution, and budget. * Plan and execute communication strategies across mass media and point-of-sale (TV, radio, graphic and digital materials). * Coordinate monthly Business Plan (BP) activities, as well as the implementation of national promotions in coordination with Coca\-Cola de México. * Supervise and execute national brand activations. * Establish period- and territory-specific strategies aligned with commercial needs and BP commitments. * Ensure timely delivery of monthly plans and point-of-sale materials. * Evaluate pricing, market share, and proposals for product launches or price increases. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing. * Experience analyzing data and performance indicators. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Key Competencies** * High execution capability and plan follow-up. * Planning orientation and results-driven mindset. * Strong analytical skills and ability to manage KPIs. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
