In this position, you will be responsible for performing physicochemical analyses, ensuring the accuracy and quality of results, as well as conducting functional tests on our finished products. Sigma Guadalajara Plant, located in the industrial zone, Av. 8 de Julio 2714 **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Biology (QFB), or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in sample preparation, conducting analyses and tests, data recording, and documentation of results. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with team members and colleagues from other departments. * Ability to organize tasks, prioritize activities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Attention to detail and precision in task execution. * Ability to adapt to different situations and changes in the work environment. * Ability to identify and resolve problems that may arise in the laboratory. * Proficiency in correctly operating and performing basic maintenance on equipment such as balances, centrifuges, ovens, water baths, among others. * Knowledge of safety regulations to prevent accidents and contamination, as well as proper handling of hazardous waste. * Ability to identify, classify, and store various types of chemical substances correctly. * Preparation of chemical solutions following specific protocols and formulas. * Ability to analyze experimental data and draw relevant conclusions. * Knowledge of biosafety standards for handling biological samples and hazardous waste. * Maintenance of accurate records of performed activities and preparation of reports when required. * Understanding of basic chemistry concepts such as reactions, units of measurement, pH, etc. **Benefits for this position include:** * Biweekly payroll (BBVA) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union * Life insurance * Cafeteria * Death benefit Interested?
