***Job Description*** The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate insights. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including market sizing, financial modeling, and financial analysis to support strategic decision\-making for our clients. ***Job Responsibilities and Functions*** Market Sizing * Conduct comprehensive market research to estimate the size and growth potential of various markets. * Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide actionable insights. * Develop detailed market sizing reports and presentations for internal and client use. Financial Modeling * Create and maintain complex financial models to support business valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis. * Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their financial needs and tailor models accordingly. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models by conducting thorough checks and validation. Financial Analysis * Perform in\-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency metrics. * Identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement. * Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients. Client Engagement * Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored financial solutions. * Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to non\-financial stakeholders. * Support the development of client proposals, project plans, and deliverables. Strategic Support * Assist in the development of business strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations. * Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of business plans. * Support mergers and acquisitions (M\&A) activities, including due diligence and integration planning. ***Requirements*** * Proficient in profesional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600\+) * Bachelor in Finance * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * 1\-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services company * Financial modeling and financial analysis.
