About the Role:

Join our team as a Performance Specialist, where you will generate, promote, and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement across various plant areas in alignment with Ferrero’s FOX operational excellence program, and through implementation of continuous improvement tools and TPM, to achieve—and if possible, exceed—plant performance objectives by measuring key indicators (SQCDME).

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure implementation of the FOX operational excellence program (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Autonomous Maintenance, VSM, Standardized Work, SIM Performance Meeting Structure, Gemba Walks, etc.) and develop plant collaborators to improve SQCDME indicator performance.
* Coordinate the Operational Improvement Ideas Program (MICO) to incentivize contributions and foster a culture of gradual, recurring, and sustainable improvements.
* Lead and directly participate in Kaizen events to identify and stratify operational losses (Loss Tree/Pareto), analyze root causes, track action plans, and monitor performance indicators.
* Train plant collaborators in continuous improvement tools and practices per Group guidelines (Industrial Academy) to strengthen analytical thinking capabilities and skills.
* Promote and disseminate the continuous improvement culture through communication campaigns, recognition events, and cross-functional plant area interactions.
* Monitor execution of Ferrero’s Operational Excellence Master Plan (FOX) by ensuring timely and proper completion of activities with involved departments, as well as developing continuous improvement facilitators.
* Manage multiple plant-level continuous improvement projects through interdisciplinary PMO tracking and ROI validation with the Finance department.
Who Are We Looking For?
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
* Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
* Knowledge of tools including 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
* Desired: training or certification in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and VSM.
* Experience implementing continuous improvement tools on the shop floor.
* Ability to promote and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
* Experience working with SQCDME indicators.
* Focus on process optimization and achievement of operational objectives.
* Analytical, results-oriented profile.
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Ability to collaborate across different operations and production departments.
* Proactivity and capability to drive operational efficiency initiatives.
