Job Summary: This role is responsible for directing the operations of multiple units, ensuring service, quality, profitability standards, and leading management teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop Restaurant Manager teams. 2. Ensure service, quality, and delivery time standards. 3. Proven experience in restaurant chains or retail. Oversee and ensure the proper operation of units, guaranteeing compliance with service, quality, profitability, and operational control standards. Will be responsible for leading Unit Managers and ensuring execution of operational, administrative, and personnel processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily unit operations and ensure achievement of targets. * Implement and ensure adherence to **standardized operational processes**. * Lead and develop the Restaurant Manager team. * Ensure standards for **customer service**, food quality, and delivery times. * Monitor key performance indicators: sales, costs, shrinkage, productivity, and turnover. * Coordinate strategies to improve profitability per unit. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal audit requirements. * Supervise inventory, supply control, and supplier relationships. * Implement corrective actions for operational deviations. * Coordinate restaurant openings. * Prepare executive reports for General Management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in operational leadership roles** (Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or Director). * Proven experience in **restaurant chains or retail**. * Experience managing multiple units (minimum of 5 units preferred). * Solid knowledge of cost control, inventory management, shrinkage, and budgeting. * Experience implementing processes and standardization. * Proficiency in KPIs and results analysis. * Willingness to travel between branches and as required. **Interested candidates should submit their updated CV through this channel** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
