Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely issuance of raw material purchase orders, securing optimal pricing and delivery timelines, and managing suppliers to guarantee quality. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of raw material procurement and supplier operations. 2. Supplier negotiation and strategic development. 3. Implementation of quality management systems. RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT EXPERIENCE OBJECTIVE Ensure timely issuance of direct purchase orders required for production operations, securing optimal pricing and delivery timelines to prevent any impact on internal and external customers, as well as manage suppliers to ensure the quality of required products or services. **Responsibilities** * Issuance of purchase orders. * Identification of suppliers offering the required service or material. * Monitoring of supplier payments. * Ensuring timely and proper delivery of materials or services. * Tracking of payments. * Resolution of invoice, account, or payment date issues, if any. * Weekly expense projection reporting. * Monitoring of material arrivals. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in raw material procurement. * Procurement management. * Monitoring of material arrivals. * Issuance of purchase orders. * Knowledge of material planning. * Familiarity with quality management systems (IATF/BIQS/VDA). * Document management. * Supplier negotiation. * Supplier development. * Problem-solving methodologies. * ERP systems. * Financial knowledge (invoice updates and legal requirements).
