Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * 2–4 years in material programming, supply planning, logistics, or related fields. * Experience in inventory management and coordination with production, procurement, and distribution. * Experience managing internal customer service targets and tracking KPIs related to availability and inventory turnover. * Experience in the food and beverage industry or with perishable products is preferred. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of material planning (MRP/DRP) and demand management. * Proficiency with ERP tools (preferably SAP) and advanced spreadsheet applications (Excel). * Understanding of product life cycles, lead times, inventory safety stock, and stock policies. * Forecasting methods and basic statistical analysis techniques for demand. * Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and return management procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the master material plan to ensure optimal availability for production and commercialization. * Generate demand forecasts and translate them into procurement and production requirements. * Execute the MRP cycle, review exceptions, and propose corrective actions to prevent stockouts or overstock. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics on order scheduling, receipts, and deliveries. * Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, service level, days of inventory, turnover) and report results to management. * Analyze variances between actual demand and forecast to adjust parameters and improve forecast accuracy. * Manage incidents related to shortages, excesses, and expirations, proposing mitigation plans. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, system implementations, and process automation initiatives in planning. * Document procedures and train internal users on best practices in material programming. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset and analytical approach. * Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Proactivity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making ability. * Ability to work under pressure while meeting availability and efficiency targets. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* Santa Clara is the dairy company of Coca-Cola Mexico Industry that delivers well-being, hydration, and nutrition to Mexican families through options, portion sizes, and solutions tailored to diverse tastes, needs, and lifestyles.
