Management of portfolios with over 20,000 SKUs We are seeking a **Purchasing Manager** with international sourcing experience, primarily in Asia, to ensure timely supply of imported products, optimize costs, and guarantee operational continuity for a portfolio of over 20,000 SKUs. This position is critical for negotiating with international suppliers, purchase planning, and inventory control. **Responsibilities** Ensure timely supply of imported products, primarily from Asia. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with international suppliers. Plan purchases considering demand, inventory levels, and budget. Authorize purchase orders and track international shipments. Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. Coordinate import processes with internal departments and customs agents. Implement purchasing performance metrics, cost metrics, and delivery time metrics. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in international procurement or sourcing. Experience importing from Asia. Experience managing high-volume portfolios (\+20,000 SKUs). Experience negotiating with international suppliers. Knowledge of import and international logistics processes. Advanced English proficiency. Valid visa and passport. ERP system proficiency.
