Job Summary: Create a comprehensive contract database for goods and services by collecting and systematizing procurement information for the SLP Tires plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract database generation and management 2. Systematization of expiration information 3. Reporting and presentation of results Your tasks Create a comprehensive contract database for goods and services of the SLP Tires plant accurately and completely in accordance with Continental standards. * Collect information and track documents related to procurement contracts for indirect materials for goods and services at the SLP Tires plant. * Systematize information based on expiration dates. * Report progress biweekly. * Submit the final document. Your profile * Currently enrolled students in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Availability for morning schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. \- 2:00 p.m. * Work modality: 100% on-site * Valid optional insurance coverage required. * English: basic to intermediate (reading and writing). * Proficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook – basic to intermediate level. * Soft skills: Organization, proactivity, effective communication, punctuality, responsibility.
