Warehouse control and supplier onboarding **Job Description:** Company seeks a **Procurement Assistant** for temporary coverage due to employee incapacity, responsible for providing administrative and operational support in procurement, supplier, and document control processes. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and tracking of **purchase orders**. * Quotation of materials and response to construction site requests. * Tracking of **suppliers** and delivery timelines. * Control and submission of **invoices** for payment scheduling. * Registration of orders, purchase orders, and addendums in **Excel**. * Control of **warehouse receipts and shipments** (Kardex / EK system). * Supplier onboarding and documentation management. * Billing and verification of **receipts and expenses**. * Control and ordering of cleaning supplies and stationery. * Organization and administrative filing of purchase orders, payments, and requisitions. **Requirements:** * Experience in **Procurement, Administration, or related field**. * Proficiency in **Excel** and file management. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and attention to detail. * Availability for a **temporary contract**. **We Offer:** * Temporary contract due to employee incapacity * Training on internal processes * Fixed schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and a positive work environment Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
