Professional and collaborative environment with growth opportunities **JOB DESCRIPTION:** A competitive construction company in San José del Cabo is seeking a Procurement Executive with procurement management experience to ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services supporting field operations and corporate activities. We seek a proactive, organized, and results-oriented professional with strong negotiation and supplier management skills, capable of anticipating field requirements and maintaining cost control within the established budget. **What You Will Do:** * Request, analyze, and compare quotations from suppliers. * Issue and track purchase orders, verifying complete documentation. * Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and distribution to ensure timeliness and quality. * Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery terms, and conditions. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and their performance evaluations. * Report procurement savings and results to coordination. * Ensure supply aligned with project schedules. * Support procurement planning per project, inventory tracking, and generation of savings and performance reports for management, among other tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (degree required) Experience: * 3–5 years in procurement or supply departments * Demonstrable experience negotiating with suppliers * Experience in the construction sector Software: * Intermediate Excel (quotation comparisons, order tracking) **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Effective negotiation and cost-saving orientation * High level of organization and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously * Clear communication with suppliers and internal departments * Proactivity in anticipating field requirements * Accuracy in documentation and tracking * Adaptability to the company’s changing needs **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability in an established company * Professional and collaborative environment * Growth opportunities **CONDITIONS:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30, Saturdays 7:00–12:00 * Modality: On-site (office), occasional site visits * Environment: Administrative office with constant interaction with departments and suppliers **APPLY IF:** ✅ You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field ✅ You have 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply ✅ You have negotiated with suppliers and managed purchase orders ✅ You use Excel for quotation comparisons and order tracking ✅ You are organized, proactive, and easily adapt to varying work paces ✅ You seek stability in a reputable construction-sector company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
