Be part of innovation, technology-driven processes, and the best work environment. ***JUNIOR PURCHASER WANTED*** **Job Objective:** Manage the procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and services, ensuring quality, quantity, and optimal pricing to guarantee seamless operation across all successive stages of the supply chain, thereby enhancing the company’s profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Request quotations for materials and validate delivery timelines. * Analyze information to select the best supplier. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Communicate with the Production department to plan raw material deliveries. * Issue purchase orders (POs). * Track PO authorization prior to sending it to the supplier. * Monitor material arrival at the warehouse. * Schedule supplier payments. * Manage and reimburse petty cash. * Manage and verify expenses under assigned TDD budget. * Identify new suppliers. * Coordinate with the Legal department to register new suppliers. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum two years of experience in a similar position and industry. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English level (verifiable). * ERP system experience. * Knowledge of raw material import processes. * Desirable knowledge of purchasing materials such as wood, metals, and plastics. **Competencies:** * Oral and written communication skills. * Negotiation ability. * Time management and planning. * Monitoring and control. * Teamwork. **We Offer:** * Salary range of $16,000 to $20,000 MXN per month (gross, negotiable based on experience). * Timely biweekly salary payments. * 100% IMSS registration. * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 12 days’ paid vacation after one year of service. * 25% vacation premium. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,370.00. * Additional benefits. * Collaborative work environment. * Job stability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Work location: Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico.
