Position Summary: ARCONDEC is seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the acquisition of materials, equipment, and services, with a focus on negotiation and continuous improvement. Coordination and supervision of strategic procurement **ARCONDEC** *We are a company specializing in the electrical and civil sectors, seeking a Procurement Manager with strategic vision, solid experience, and the ability to lead the complete procurement and supply process for essential materials, equipment, and services required for operations.* This position requires a highly organized profile, strong negotiation skills, supplier development capability, and commitment to continuous improvement of internal procurement processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the full procurement cycle: requisition, quotation, evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and follow-up. * Manage and expand the supplier catalog, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitiveness. * Conduct specialized procurement in the electrical and civil sectors (preferred). * Plan and manage logistics for material and service delivery. * Analyze pricing, compare proposals, and secure optimal commercial terms. * Maintain databases, reports, and documentation using Excel and administrative systems. * Implement, standardize, and improve internal procurement processes. * Validate catalogs of electrical and civil sector items (preferred). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the electrical or construction industry. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Excellent proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Flexible availability. **WE OFFER** * Salary: $20,000 – $25,000 MXN per month, net * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Professional development and career growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Work location: Cumbres Zone, Monterrey, N.L.
