




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full procurement cycle—from requisition consolidation to supplier evaluation—ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement and supplier management 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers 3. Coordination with logistics and inventory management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Collect and consolidate purchase requisitions by category. 2\. Obtain quotations from at least 2–3 suppliers per strategic item. 3\. Issue purchase orders and provide end-to-end tracking (PO → delivery → invoice). 4\. Negotiate price adjustments, volume discounts, payment terms, and SLAs. 5\. Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and coverage to prevent stockouts/overstock. 6\. Track incidents: shortages, returns, quality issues, delays. 7\. Evaluate supplier performance (On-Time-In-Full, quality, cost, responsiveness). 8\. Prepare executive reports on savings, variances, and supply risks. 9\. Coordinate with logistics for mixed deliveries, routes, and receiving time windows. 10\. Document contracts, price lists, technical annexes, and validity periods. **WORK HOURS:** 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday **SALARY:** Competitive salary with benefits exceeding statutory requirements **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field. Preferred: Diploma/certification in procurement, supply chain, negotiation, or international trade. Experience 3–6 years in procurement (ideally in manufacturing, agribusiness, packaging, or fast-moving consumer goods). Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing categories. Experience handling procurement under pressure and in highly seasonal environments. Preferred experience in import operations, foreign exchange, and cross-border procurement. Technical Knowledge Inventory management (min/max levels, reorder points, Days on Hand). Total cost of acquisition: price + freight + shrinkage + financial costs. Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, comparative analysis). Procurement KPIs: savings, compliance, fill rate, lead time. Contracts, commercial terms, and document management.
